The Role

Our Insights & Intelligence (I&I) team are experts in data-powered talent services and solutions. Our purpose is simple: to understand our clients’ needs and use this understanding, combined with knowledge and expertise, to find, process, and analyse complex datasets to inform talent acquisition teams. We value user experience and ensure we’re supporting people in making hiring decisions with intelligence they can trust.
The Co-ordinator, BI will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate reporting and will own delivery of less basic reports in line with AMS Best Practice, AMS and client policies and procedures, and the Data Playbook.
They will work on the maintenance of the central data model for supported accounts, ensuring alignment with the Data Playbook.
They will also be working closely with BI Team Leader to proactively manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and will scope and deliver reporting suite enhancements.

Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
Data Governance: Understanding of data governance principles and practices to ensure data integrity and security.
Reporting: Ability to create basic reports and presentations that communicate insights to stakeholders. Receives a low number of reworks as a result of a lack of accuracy.
Quality Standards - works in collaboration with Quality Assurance to ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, compliance, and impact in Insights operational delivery
Reporting utilization
Regularly assesses and updates the reporting suite to ensure relevance and alignment with business needs.
Communicates timelines and acts to resolve any issues that may affect report delivery proactively, seeking support from line manager or more senior members of the team as necessary.
Acts on feedback from CSAT scores to continuously improve reporting and meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Data model and technical debt ownership: Demonstrates working knowledge of the central data model and the ability to contribute to reporting optimization actions

Proficiency in data literacy, with the ability to interpret, question, and translate data into actionable insights.
Project management capability to plan, coordinate, and deliver BI initiatives effectively.
Experience in report design and build, including structuring insights in a clear, user-centric way.

Strength in pitching and presenting to senior stakeholders in data-driven environments.
Ability to craft compelling narratives that connect data, insights, and business outcomes.
