About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compensation Administration Analyst to support the execution of global compensation campaigns across the Americas. This role will partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) supporting our Employee Share Program, Compensation initiatives such as Annual Salary Review and various Incentive programs, ensuring seamless delivery of compensation processes.
The ideal candidate will act as a key operational partner and right hand to compensation SMEs, owning critical aspects of campaign execution including project coordination, milestone tracking, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication. This role also plays a vital part in ensuring effective issue triaging and resolution in partnership with the HR Call Center team (People Link).
This position is integral to driving high-quality compensation delivery, ensuring deadlines are met, and supporting continuous improvement through post-cycle insights and lessons learned.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Campaign Execution
Partner with the Operational SME’s across the compensation programs to support end-to-end compensation campaign execution.
Own and manage assigned campaign workstreams, ensuring delivery against timelines, key milestones, and quality standards and align to global requirements and global project plans.
Track project plans, proactively identify risks, and drive issue resolution to ensure successful campaign delivery.
Act as the operational “right hand” to SMEs, coordinating activities throughout campaign lifecycle (planning, execution, and post-cycle review)
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders including HR, Payroll, Total Rewards & Performance, and Rewards Services (Operations/Administration) SMEs.
Data Integrity & Analysis
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all compensation processes and systems.
Perform validation checks and reconciliation activities across datasets and outputs.
Leverage advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) to manage and analyze compensation data.
Support reporting, insights, and lessons learned analysis following campaign completion.
Provide clear communication and updates on campaign status, key deliverables, and risks.
Ticket Management & Employee Support
Partner with the People Link team to triage incoming requests and ensure timely ticket resolution.
Monitor ticket trends and help identify process improvements to enhance employee experience.
Support escalation management and ensure alignment with service-level expectations.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compensation programs are administered in alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain documentation and audit readiness for compensation processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in compensation administration, HR operations, or related area.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience working with large datasets.
Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
Experience supporting deadline-driven projects or campaigns.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
