We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Mexico City , Torre Mayor as Manager, Compensation Consulting (Pay for Results and Executive Compensation)-Career Hub . This hybrid role requires working from the office at least three days per week.

Design and implementation of Variable Incentive Plans
Sales compensation
Short-Term Incentives
Long-Term Incentives, etc.
Retention / Attraction / Severance & CIC plans
Board Compensation
Will be considered a differential participation in the design and implementation of projects related to:
IPO & Spin-off compensation strategy, M&A - HR Due Diligence, Workforce and Organization Transformation, Talent Management and Performance Management.
Practice development
Provide support in developing white papers/ PoVs, participate in client seminars and industry events, undertake research under guidance of internal SMEs, develop case studies for projects, etc.
Business development
Support business development through participation in requirements understanding meetings and developing proposals to drive sales
Build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What you need to have:
Knowledge & Skills
Full time MBA/ Equivalent from a premier institute (will be considered a differential)
7-10 years of relevant work, experience in HR functions (Talent Strategy, Compensation, etc.)
Project management and communication skills to lead/participate in the offering project
Prior consulting experience will be preferred.
