About the role
Job Description:
Join Schneider Electric as a Director of Product Factory Management and take the helm of a dynamic manufacturing operation. You'll lead with accountability, drive operational excellence, and build strong partnerships that deliver results for customers, employees, and the business.
What will you do?
Oversee all factory operations, prioritizing safety, environmental stewardship, and operational efficiency across the campus
Cultivate strong relationships with unions and business partners to enhance employee engagement and customer satisfaction
Drive P&L performance by optimizing costs, improving competitiveness, and aligning with global supply chain strategy
Lead decision-making on complex, non-recurring challenges that require innovative solutions and cross-functional collaboration
