Técnico de Processos Jr

Buscamos um profissional para atuar na gestão técnica de processos de pintura automotiva, com foco em qualidade, desempenho de materiais e atendimento ao cliente. Será responsável por garantir a eficiência dos processos produtivos, liderar atividades técnicas no site e atuar como interface direta com o cliente.

Principais responsabilidades

Atuar como responsável técnico junto ao cliente, participando de reuniões, auditorias e apresentações de resultados

Liderar atividades de qualidade e melhoria contínua no processo de pintura

Monitorar e controlar parâmetros de processo (viscosidade, pH, camadas, cor e aspecto)

Acompanhar o desempenho de materiais em linha (E-coat e Top Coat)

Diagnosticar e resolver desvios de processo/produto, com suporte técnico e do laboratório

Realizar análises técnicas e ajustes operacionais para melhoria de performance

Emitir relatórios técnicos e indicadores (KPIs)

Atuar na gestão de dados em sistemas (Dashboard, CRM)

Conduzir atividades de planejamento de demanda e controle de estoque no cliente

Gerenciar projetos e iniciativas (ex: SecureLaunch)

Realizar treinamentos técnicos e suporte às equipes

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, upselling e cross-selling

Garantir cumprimento de normas de qualidade, segurança, meio ambiente e compliance

Requisitos

Técnico e/ou Superior;

Experiência com processos de pintura industrial (eletroforese, primer, base, verniz, etc.)

Conhecimento em controle de processos químicos e industriais

Vivência com análise de indicadores e melhoria contínua

Experiência com atendimento ao cliente técnico

Conhecimento em ferramentas digitais (ERP, CRM, dashboards)

Disponibilidade para atuar em Betim/MG
