Analista de Frotas

Description

Buscamos uma pessoa Analista de Gestão de Frotas para atuar na gestão operacional da frota corporativa, garantindo eficiência de custos, alta disponibilidade dos veículos, conformidade legal e atendimento aos usuários.

Essa posição também será responsável pela coordenação e execução da operação de leva-e-traz dos veículos para manutenção, revisão e demais necessidades operacionais, assegurando agilidade e mínimo impacto às áreas de negócio.

Gerenciar o ciclo de vida da frota (aquisição, utilização, manutenção e desmobilização de veículos).

Garantir a disponibilidade da frota conforme demandas operacionais.

Planejar e acompanhar manutenções preventivas e corretivas, assegurando cumprimento de prazos e qualidade dos serviços.

Validar orçamentos, serviços executados e controlar garantias de veículos.

Coordenar a logística de deslocamento de veículos (leva-e-traz) para manutenções, revisões, vistorias e regularizações.

Organizar e controlar o fluxo de retirada e devolução de veículos entre usuários e fornecedores.

Gerenciar contratos com locadoras, oficinas e prestadores de serviços, garantindo cumprimento de SLAs.

Garantir a regularidade documental da frota (licenciamento, seguros, multas e obrigações legais).

Atuar na gestão de riscos e compliance relacionados à operação de frota.

Atendimento à usuários internos, garantindo suporte eficiente e resolução de incidentes, dúvidas e necessidades referentes ao veículo.

Propor melhorias contínuas com base em dados e melhores práticas de mercado.

Para esta posição, você precisa...

Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência em gestão de frotas (locação e/ou frota própria).

Ensino superior completo (Administração, Engenharia, Logística ou áreas correlatas).

CNH (categoria B).

Domínio de Excel e desejável conhecimento de sistemas de gestão de frota.

Senso de urgência e proatividade.

Organização e atenção a detalhes.

Habilidade de negociação.

Comunicação clara e foco em atendimento ao cliente interno.

Inglês e/ou espanhol é um diferencial.
