Job Duties

Under direct supervision, the Well Engineer is responsible for:

Integrated Well Intervention engineering proposals and Integrated Design of Services.

Provides Operation Plans, prepares Programs, and ensures the technical integrity of operations planning and execution.

Responsible for day-to-day operations monitoring. Participates in risk assessments, forecasts, and plans medium- and long-term needs to meet program requirements, anticipating operational changes and needs.

Prepares equipment lists and identifies long-lead items.

Ensures effective communication within the project.

Performs engineering studies to solve recurring issues.

Prepares End-of-Well reports and contributes to knowledge management.

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.

4 or more years of well services/intervention experience is preferred.

Experience in Well Intervention and Abandonment.

Well Control Certificate is preferred.

Experience in Integrated Projects.

Supervisory experience and exposure to multi-discipline operations is preferred.

Advanced English is required.

Spanish is preferred.

CREA is required.
