Job Purpose/Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing and automating various IT infrastructure components, including Windows Server, DNS, SCOM, ADFS, PKI Infrastructure, and Active Directory. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while also driving automation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Windows Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
DNS Administration: Manage and maintain DNS infrastructure to ensure seamless network operations.
SCOM (System Center Operations Manager): Monitor and manage the health and performance of IT systems using SCOM.
ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services): Implement and manage ADFS for secure identity federation and single sign-on.
PKI Infrastructure: Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to ensure secure communications and data protection.
Active Directory L3 Support: Provide advanced support for Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, and domain services.
Active Directory Delegation Model and Automation: Develop and implement delegation models and automate tasks to improve efficiency and security.
Troubleshooting and Management: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for IT infrastructure-related issues, working closely with other IT teams to resolve incidents promptly.
PowerShell Automation: Develop and implement PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
PowerShell Application Development: Create and maintain PowerShell applications to support various IT operations.
Entra ID Connect and Entra ID: Manage and integrate Entra ID Connect and Entra ID for identity and access management.
Microsoft Graph: Utilize Microsoft Graph API for automation and integration with other systems.
Enterprise Application Management: Manage and support enterprise applications to ensure seamless operations.
M365 Administration: Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services and applications.
VMware Management: Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure for virtualization and efficient resource utilization.
Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
ITSM Process Understanding: Understand and implement IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including change, request, and incident management.

Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and automation.
Functional Skills/Competencies:
Proficiency in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration
Strong knowledge of DNS, SCOM, ADFS, and PKI Infrastructure.
Expertise in Active Directory management and automation.
Advanced PowerShell scripting and application development skills.
Experience with Entra ID Connect, Entra ID, and Microsoft Graph.
Experience with M365 administration and VMware management.
Strong project management skills.
Understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
Proficiency in Power Automate and Azure Functions is a plus.
Behavioral Skills/Competencies:
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
