JOB OVERVIEW

Caterspoint Futuristic Foods is a leading cloud kitchen operator in the Delhi/NCR region, dedicated to revolutionizing the F&B industry through technology and culinary excellence. We are looking for a result-oriented HR Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts, specifically focusing on blue-collar and specialized F&B roles to support our rapid expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & MEASURABLE GOALS

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both white-collar (corporate) and blue-collar (kitchen staff, riders, helpers) roles.

Metric: Maintain a Time-to-Fill (TTF) of under 15 days for blue-collar roles.

Sourcing Strategy: Utilize diverse channels including job portals, social media, local community networks, and specialized agencies to build a robust talent pipeline.

Metric: Source and screen at least 20 qualified candidates per week for active openings.

Blue-Collar Specialization: High-volume hiring for delivery partners, kitchen helpers, and commis chefs, ensuring a steady supply of manpower for multi-location operations.

Metric: Achieve a monthly hiring target of 10-15 successful onboards.

Interview & Selection: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical rounds with Kitchen Managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Metric: Maintain an interview-to-offer ratio of 3:1.

Cloud Kitchen Operations Knowledge: Understand the unique staffing requirements of cloud kitchens, including shift rotations, hygiene standards, and fast-paced environment suitability.

Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers (MIS) to provide visibility on vacancy status and sourcing costs.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Industry Knowledge: Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting specifically for the F&B industry.

Cloud Kitchens.

Blue-Collar Expertise: Proven track record in mass hiring and managing field-level recruitment in the Delhi/NCR region.

Geographical Familiarity: Deep understanding of the Delhi/NCR labor market and local sourcing hubs.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
