Financial Systems Analyst I

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Oracle Cloud Analyst for Financial Accounting & Close Transformation is part of Global Finance Operations (GFO), Controllership, Finance. The role is responsible to drive success for AXP Finance transition of Oracle from On Prem to Cloud Infrastructure by supporting the migration of core financial accounting and close processes from on-premises Oracle systems to Oracle Cloud.

Qualification, Experience and Critical Skills

B.COM/B. Tech/MBA/Postgraduate with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience.

Hands on experience in supporting Technology Capabilities (Oracle & specifically Cloud experience is an added advantage ERP (Genral ledger).

Good functional knowledge of Finance specifically in the areas of GL accounting.

Project & Change management exposure, including establishing new processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong customer management experience.

Superior attention to details, along with exemplary organizational and problem-solving skills.

Must be results-driven and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight timelines.
