Vistex Consulting Manager will support our internal teams and customers directly with the introduction of SAP add-on solutions and thus make a significant contribution to their corporate success. The Consulting Manager coordinates with internal and customer’s teams and ensures the smooth implementation of our software with your specialist knowledge and communication skills. Your technical skills and a pronounced service orientation make you a valuable member of our project teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the implementation of SAP solution extensions for customers across assigned regions.

Manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including initial deployments and global rollouts.

Develop solution blueprints, functional specifications, implementation guidelines, and enforce SAP best practices and standardization.

Enable customers to streamline and optimize complex business processes within SAP SD and MM modules.

Collaborate with customer stakeholders, implementation partners, and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Analyze project requirements and identify skill gaps, driving resource upskilling and training initiatives.

Manage team performance, provide feedback, and maintain competency/skill matrices to support effective resource allocation.

Monitor resource utilization, capacity planning, and project staffing to maximize operational efficiency.

Coordinate Statements of Work (SOW), Change Requests (CR), and other project-related contractual documentation.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and executive management reports on project status, resource metrics, and business performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Support governance, risk management, and compliance activities throughout the project lifecycle

Required

8 - 14 years: Managed resource planning, utilization tracking, skill development, performance feedback, and project staffing activities.

Led SAP Solution Extension implementation and rollout projects, ensuring successful delivery across multiple customer engagements.

Worked closely with customers, implementation partners, and offshore teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support project execution.

Education

Required

Bachelors or better in Computer Engineering or related field
