Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and identify test scenarios.

Design, document, and execute test cases and test plans.

Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

Identify, document, and track defects.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and support UAT activities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Experience creating and executing test cases.

Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing SaaS and web applications.

Experience with Postman for API testing.

Familiarity with SQL and database validation.

Exposure to mobile testing and automation concepts.

Jira, Zephyr, Xray

Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI

SQL databases
