About the role
You’ll be responsible for supporting the Product Manager and Team in realising the product strategy through incremental product improvements, designing new business scenarios and use cases. You’ll also partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document, and manage product requirements. You’ll collaborate with Product Team members to elaborate those requirements and test whether they are satisfactorily fulfilled by a product increment. You’ll enable product adoption by delivering product training to end users or other relevant stakeholders (e.g., support teams).
Your responsibilities
Working on innovation and project portfolio management tools that support R&D end to end.
The elaboration, analysis, documentation, and testing (defines functional test protocols and monitor tests) of product requirements (e.g., features, user stories)
The preparation and delivery of product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams
The design of business scenarios, process flows, and use cases to maximise product adoption/value
Identifying relevant security, architectural, legal regulations, compliance requirements that need to be adhered to support industry best practices.
Liaising with the Product Team and the business community to elaborate product requirements
Supporting the Product Manager with the development and execution of the product strategy
Co-ordinating and working closely with cross-functional team both in IT&D and the R&D function to align on product requirements
Maintaining a working relationship with selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support services
Defining KPIs/ tests protocols with Product Manager and supporting monitoring value of the solution with end-users
Preparing and monitoring metrics, including product utilisation and satisfaction rates (e.g., NPS, # of end users/solution adoption, intensity of product usage), training surveys, stakeholder and user feedback.
The experience we're looking for
Degree qualification in science or IT subject, or life science background or related discipline
Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen, familiar with IT standards and controls
Proven expertise in analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities/risks they present to the business domain
Knowledge regarding Application management and service management
Basic knowledge of software engineering, data management, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards
Certification in any of the following is preferred; CSPO, ITIL, PMP, CBAP.
Competent user of requirements management tools (Azure Dev Ops is preferred)
