About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong software development background and experience managing end-to-end technology projects. The ideal candidate should have progressed from a Developer role into Project Management and possess a good understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage software development projects from planning to delivery.
Coordinate with developers, QA, product, and business teams to ensure timely project execution.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Track project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in software development and project management.
Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management practices.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
