Project Manager

Way WeDesign is seeking a highly organized and proactive Software Project Manager to lead software development projects from planning through deployment. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end software development projects.

· Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.

· Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.

· Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.

· Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

· Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

· Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.

· Manage project documentation, reports, and client communications.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and best development practices.

· Track project budgets, scope changes, and resource utilization.

· Facilitate smooth collaboration between technical teams and clients.

Required Skills

Ø Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Ø Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Ø Knowledge of web and mobile application development processes.

Ø Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.

Ø Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ø Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ø Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Knowledge

Ø Understanding of modern web technologies such as Flutter, Node.js, APIs, and databases.

Ø Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment processes.

Ø Experience working with software development and QA teams.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

· 4–8 years of experience in software project management.

· PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
