We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, specifically across the DELMIA suite of products. The successful candidate will have demonstrable depth in both DELMIA Process Engineering and DELMIA Industrial Engineering, and will be responsible for validating digital manufacturing definitions, ensuring data integrity, and driving quality across process planning and industrial simulation workflows.
You will partner with manufacturing engineers, simulation specialists, and PLM development teams to verify that MBOM structures, work plans, routes, work instructions, robotics simulations, and machining program products meet defined quality, compliance, and manufacturability standards within the 3DEXPERIENCE environment.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
Validate and assure quality across the following DELMIA Process Engineering domains and DELMIA Industrial Engineering domains by running new functional matrix test and regression test by both manual and automation methodology.
Defect Management & Continuous Improvement Identify, document, and track defects, non-conformances, and data inconsistencies, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone (Ishikawa) analysis.
Develop and maintain test plans, validation protocols, and quality checklists for DELMIA workflows.
Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement of QA practices across the digital manufacturing lifecycle.
Collaboration & Reporting Prepare and present quality reports, KPI dashboards, and audit findings to engineering leadership.
Provide guidance to junior engineers on DELMIA workflows and quality best practices.
Support internal, customer, and third-party audits related to process and simulation quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in a Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering role within a digital manufacturing environment, or proven experience as an actual user of the Dassault Systèmes DELMIA suite of products.
Mandatory hands-on experience on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE – DELMIA suite, spanning both Process Engineering and Industrial Engineering.
Proficiency in DELMIA Process Engineer for MBOM, process planning, routing, and work instruction authoring.
Working knowledge of DELMIA Robotics (simulation, OLP, reachability, collision analysis) and DELMIA Machining (NC programming, tool paths, post-processing).
Strong understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE platform navigation, object types, and relationships.
Knowledge of manufacturing quality methodologies (APQP, PFMEA, control plans) is advantageous.
Hands-on experience testing AI-driven and agentic AI features, including validation of autonomous agent behavior, prompt/response quality, and tool-use reliability.
