We are currently seeking a Senior Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Position Overview

We are hiring a nan GD Onshore - Senior Developer within the Automation DevOps domain. This role is responsible for SCS DIGITAL PLATFORM DevSecOps Engineering and Symphony (SCS360) Platform Run Support for Striim, AzureDevOps, DataBricks and SQL, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibility: SCS DIGITAL PLATFORM DevSecOps Engineering and Symphony (SCS360) Platform Run Support for Striim, AzureDevOps, DataBricks and SQL

Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications

Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes

Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages

Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable

Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards

Maintain SOPs, knowledge base, and documentation

Technical Skills Tools
