Finance Manager
About the role
Our client, a manufacturing MNCis looking to hire a strong Finance Manager. This is an in -office role, located on the Northern part of Singapore.
The Finance Manager is a key member of the local leadership team, responsible for ensuring financial integrity, cost visibility, working capital discipline, and decision-support for the operation.
While the operation is lean in headcount, it is heavy in commercial and distribution importance, requiring a hands-on Finance Manager who acts as both, a Financial controller, and a Business partner to Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain.
The role oversees accounting,forecasting, budgeting, cashflow, reporting, and internal controls , andplays a critical role in ERP discipline, margin analysis, and workingcapital management .
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Preferred
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA , or equivalent
ERP finance system exposure (D365 preferred)
Registered as Chartered Accountant
Experience Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant finance experience
At least 3–5 years in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, industrial products, oil & gas supply chains, or B2B operations preferred
Strong hands-on experience in:
Forecasting & budgeting
Margin and cost analysis
Working capital management
ERP-based finance operations
Additional Requirements
Familiar with Singapore statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (e.g. IRAS, GST)
Eligible to work in Singapore
Exposure to multi country reporting and working in an MNC matrixed environment.
