What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth customer support, accurate commercial processing, and timely coordination across internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and issuing customer quotations based on technical inputs, service scopes, and pricing guidelines

Performing detailed invoice checks to ensure billing accuracy, contract compliance, and alignment with agreed pricing structures

Managing customer inquiries related to pricing, service status, lead times, and scope clarification

Coordinating with engineering, planning, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely quotation and invoicing processes

Monitoring work orders and ensuring correct cost capture and commercial setup in internal systems

Supporting resolution of pricing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and customer claims

Maintaining accurate customer, quotation, and transactional records in relevant systems

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in invoicing efficiency, quotation turnaround time, and customer responsiveness

Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the organization from time to time

What You Will Learn

In this role, you will develop strong expertise in:

End-to-end commercial processes, including quotation development and invoicing controls

Cost build-up, pricing structures, and contract interpretation

Cross-functional collaboration across technical, operational, and finance teams

Customer relationship management in a technical and service-driven environment

Industry practices, contractual frameworks, and operational workflows

Qualifications You Must Have

Degree in Aerospace, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent working experience in a related field

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and documentation

Ability to interpret technical and commercial information for quotation and invoicing activities

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in programming, VBA, and SAP is an advantage

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience in aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or similar technical service industries

Prior exposure to customer service, quotation management, or billing/invoicing processes

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)

Understanding of technical repair terminology or industrial service environments

Experience working in cross-functional or global teams

Ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives
