About the role
Role Summary
Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects, driving solution design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement to deliver business-focused SAP Finance solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP Finance implementation and transformation programs.
Design SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Treasury.
Engage with stakeholders to align business and technology requirements.
Manage project delivery, consulting teams, and offshore resources.
Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.
Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of SAP Finance experience, including SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP Finance implementations.
Strong knowledge of core SAP Finance modules.
Experience leading teams and managing project delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Pre-sales and proposal development experience.
Experience working with senior business stakeholders.
