We are looking for an Asst. Manager - Demand Supply Planner that is responsible to/for:
Collaborate with marketing and Channels in areas of NPI / EOL / Deals and events.
Collaborate with Generating Demand to provide accurate Consensus Demand Plan.
Working closely with various functions on all delivery, inventory and product-related matters to ensure stock availability to meet customer requirements
Monitor and continually improve supplier performance and customer service levels, as well as work on supply chain projects to attain best supply lowest cost for business
Ensure Best practices are adopted
Ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
Ensure complaince /provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1
A day in the life of a Asst Manager - Demand Supply Planner...
Review of planning result to ensure fresh stock availability
Oversee and ensure that actual stock is within acceptable level and correct stock cover is set
Maintain freshness of stock
To ensure compliance of Best Practices and oversee smooth implementation of new SAP version
Analyse products sales trend and propose baseline demand plan; Ensure that all events are plan on time, assumptions challenged and properly logged.
Ensure that post event evaluation is conducted
Identify gaps and work with Channel business to close gap
Conduct weekly demand plan review with channel business and update all demand change
Key member of new product launch, providing assumptions and projected demand plan. Weekly update of the response to the new product immediately after launch.
Collaborate with DSP manager to ensure Demand Planning best practises are implemented and adhered to.
Participate in supply chain efficiency project
Timely preparation of all reports to facilitate meeting and action plan
What Will Make You Successful...
Min 5 years experience for Diploma Holder or Min 2-3 years planning experience for Degree holder.
Proficient in the use of MS office preferably with experience in SAP and APO
Product Knowledge, Knowledge of customer & SAP Knowledge
Good PC analytical and statistical skills
Channel Knowledge
SAP Knowledge and preferably in Statistical forecasting
