Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation Management
Develop Project plans and Delivery schedules Plan
Drive achievement of key project milestones
Lead E2E implementation delivery from project handover to system Go-Live
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders including:
Solution vendors
Local installation partners
Service partners
Internal business teams
Ensure smooth execution of project delivery.
Stakeholder Management
Identify and manage key project stakeholders (customers, vendors, internal teams)
Align stakeholders on scope, schedule, and delivery objectives
Resolve cross-team communication and execution challenges in complex project environments
Customer Engagement
Act as the primary customer interface during implementation
Organize project and onsite meetings
Ensure customer requirements are effectively implemented
Risk & Change Management
Identify and manage implementation risks
Coordinate resources to resolve delivery bottlenecks
Drive change request (CR) processes
Delivery Progress Management
Track equipment and service delivery status
Support testing, acceptance, and go-live preparation
Ensure smooth transition into operational phase
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in project implementation or delivery management
Experience in multi-vendor project environments preferred
Background in system integration, smart automation, logistics, or IT implementation is a plus
Competencies
Strong project execution capability
Effective cross-functional coordination skills
Stakeholder management mindset
Customer communication experience
Ability to work in complex project environments
Professional Background
PMP certification preferred
Knowledge of smart manufacturing, automation, or warehousing solutions is an advantage
Language Requirements
English (required)
Mandarin Chinese (required)
Travel Requirement
Travel within Southeast Asia may be required based on project needs.
