About the Role
We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our international and passionate team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our People Operations throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient processes that help both our employees and organization thrive.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle in our HR systems (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and more).
Support payroll preparation and coordinate closely with external payroll providers.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong data integrity.
Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Support HR audits, projects, and continuous process improvements.
Serve as a super user for the company’s HR systems and tools.
Prepare and deliver HR reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
Manage relationships with insurance and pension providers.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across international HR processes.
Who you are
Qualification requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, internships, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in an international work environment, handling multi-country HR processes.
Foundational knowledge of European labor laws.
Basic understanding of payroll systems, compensation structures, and HR regulations across multiple countries.
Proficiency in HR technology, including HRIS, payroll software, and data analytics tools.
Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English and business-fluent in German are a must. Additional European languages are a plus.
