About the role
Mission
This role plays a key part in driving growth within the EMEA Auto Tiers segment by managing and developing key client relationships. The position focuses on supporting high-value accounts while identifying new business opportunities. It works closely with commercial, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment and delivery. The role contributes to achieving sales targets in terms of volume, value, and profitability. It also supports the execution of strategic initiatives to strengthen market positioning. The position reports to the Auto Tiers Iberia Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop long-term relationships with key accounts
Deliver sales targets in terms of volume, value, and profitability
Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Maintain regular customer contact and ensure high service levels
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Support product launches and introduction of new solutions
Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure operational excellence
Manage pricing strategies aligned with regional guidelines
Oversee account receivables and support working capital management
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in automotive, coatings, or a related industry
Strong understanding of OEMs and Tier supplier environments
Experience managing key accounts and developing customer relationships
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actions
Proven track record in achieving commercial results
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a matrix and international environment
Proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented mindset
Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across regions
Fluency in Spanish and English
