The team is located in the Barcelona business center of Keysight. It works closely with other GFRC teams, mainly located in India. It interfaces with other departments (Tax, Treasury, Legal, Human Resources and Business Finance).

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Country controller, the jobholder will join a team composed of the Controller and 3 Financial Analysts, and works with different Keysight entities across countries (mainly Spain and Italy).

Main tasks:

Preparation of the Keysight statutory financials, tax returns and other local deliverables (mandatory surveys), including year-end activities

Continued partnership with the Statutory auditors and external consultants

Contribution to the analysis of the Keysight financials, with a specific focus on results

Support to other finance functions (Tax, Treasury…) to ensure full regulatory compliance

Participation in the monitoring of the Transfer Pricing process

M&A tasks as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration / Finance with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in external audit / general accounting.

Full fluency in English and Spanish is required. Italian is a strong nice to have.

Strong interest in working in a multinational environment.

Effective communication and analytical skills.

Structured approach and organizational skills.

Interest in accounting and tax

Experience with MS Excel; Oracle will be a plus.

Team spirit and ability to work independently.
