Business Analyst – AI project

As a Business Analyst, you will spearhead data and reporting initiatives that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your responsabilities will include:

Acting as the “brain of a sales engine” by providing critical support to sales operations and driving strategic outcomes

Leading and overseeing data analysis projects and design and implement scalable data models into a meaningful insights

Business Intelligence and reportings: build, maintain and optimize dashboards, provide in-depth analysis of business performance and ensure timely and accurate ad hoc reports, all designed to drive measurable business impact and revenue growth

Usage of statistical methods to conduct predictive analytics to support the forecasting, strategic planning and decision-making

Contribute to data governance, privacy, and compliance initiatives to guarantee secure and reliable data usage.

Serve as a subject matter expert, presenting compelling data stories and insights to non-technical audiences

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Good communication and presentation skills, being able to translate complex insights for diverse audiences

Expertise in data visualization platforms

Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and database design

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics tools is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

High emotional intelligence
