British American Tobacco Portugal has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative in Santarém / Abrantes – Ribatejo (Central Region).

Coordinate and support Internal Comms & Engagement agenda. In addition will collaborate in core areas such as L&D, Talent Review, Succession & Career planning, Leadership development, Performance management for its assigned functions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop individuals and teams through facilitation of various leadership workshops and cultural programmes.

Lead and Develop the Internal Comms and Engagement Plan

Coach and educate Line managers and employees while providing right level of HR guidance and expertise.

Support line managers with external recruitment.

Supports management in identifying productivity and efficiency opportunities.

Develops strategies to ensure no disruption to business or loss of key talent.

Manage, monitor, and improve HR Administration processes, in close cooperation with the Regional HR Shared Services team. Initiate HR policy review and policy changes in line with business agenda & labor law developments.

Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR roles.

Previous experience in an international setting, ideally in a matrix organisation.

Advanced computer skills (MS Office) with special focus on Power point and/other design tools and AI.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-starter with hands-on mentality ability to focus on priorities in a dynamic surrounding, can do attitude.

Able to cope effectively under pressure.

Ability to establish trustful internal and external relationships.

Proactive and enthusiastic.

Some knowledge of SAP Success factors would be a plus.

University Degree or similar in Business administration/HR Management or equivalent.

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.

Portuguese would be a plus.
