POS Sourcing Manager - Remote - Europe
About the role
Description
We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager – POS EMEA to lead sourcing activity across our Point of Sale (POS) category in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Category Manager, POS EMEA, you’ll work closely with category leadership and client-facing teams to deliver competitive product offerings, build strong supplier partnerships, and drive cost-effective procurement strategies that support profitability and GP delivery.
The POS category includes in-store marketing and promotional display materials designed to improve brand visibility and shopper engagement, such as:
Temporary cardboard retail displays and cardboard engineering solutions for short-term campaigns
Large format printing on flexible materials (e.g., vinyl) for floor, window, and wall graphics
Large format prints for signage and display structures supporting visual merchandising and in-store promotions
You’ll partner closely with QC/QA teams to ensure consistent quality, compliance, and supplier performance across all sourcing activities.
Please note that we are open to considering applications from across Europe. Candidates must be prepared to work fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end POS sourcing across EMEA (RFQs, e-auctions, benchmarking, supplier negotiations).
Build and manage strategic supplier relationships; ensure performance on quality, cost, and OTIF delivery.
Deliver cost savings and support GP/profitability targets through strong commercial decision-making.
Manage high-value/strategic projects from sourcing through delivery, ensuring reliable execution.
Partner cross-functionally with Category, Client, Logistics/Operations, and QC/QA to maintain compliance, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment.
Provide clear reporting, insights, and updates to support decision-making and client service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills
Proven strategic sourcing / procurement expertise
Strong commercial acumen, with focus on GP, profitability, and commercial targets
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capability
Solid project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating with QC/QA teams to ensure product quality and compliance
