Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with what’s next.

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to work on global collaborations across sports, entertainment, and events. You'll be maximising the impact of our major sponsorship portfolio by using your sharp commercial acumen, creativity, and execution expertise to deliver integrated, 360-degree campaigns worldwide.

What you'll be doing

Managing 360-degree activation with partners, ensuring flawless execution across channels and achievement of revenue targets

Defining and enforcing rigorous partnership activation standards by creating clear operational frameworks for global consistency

Building scalable processes and execution playbooks across various partnerships

Cultivating genuine, long-term relationships with portfolio partners, ensuring mutual objectives are met

Analysing partnership performance, adjusting strategy and campaigns in real-time to maximise ROI

Setting a high bar for content quality and execution across marketing assets and events, evaluating performance across brand and growth metrics

Consulting local Marketing, Brand, and Product teams on relevant activations, collaborating cross-functionally across projects

What you'll need

Expertise in leading multi-channel activations for major global partnerships or sponsorships

A demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and influence stakeholders

Experience managing large, multi-market activation budgets and delivering multiple complex projects under tight timelines

Impeccable relationship and communication skills to collaborate with external partners and diverse internal stakeholders

Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills

Robust analytical skills

Excellent problem-solving skills, using data to build and constantly refine activation strategies

Compensation range

Krakow: PLN13,500 - PLN20,000 gross monthly

Poland: PLN13,500 - PLN20,000 gross monthly

Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
