Job Description

As the founding Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between enterprise customer needs and technical delivery. You will own implementations, lead high-stakes technical demos, and resolve complex integration issues. Sitting within the product team, you'll act as the primary feedback loop, turning customer challenges into actionable engineering requirements and roadmap features.

What You Will Do

Own the technical build for implementations, including configuring AI agent settings, managing Kombo integration flows, and debugging complex ATS sync issues.

Lead technical sales support by running deep-dive demos for enterprise prospects and answering complex architectural questions during the RFP process.

Manage the technical triage of bugs and escalations, diagnosing code-level issues in TypeScript and React to determine what reaches the engineering backlog.

The ideal candidate

Thinks like an engineer with the ability to read TypeScript and React, while possessing the customer-facing skills to lead high-level technical demonstrations.

Proficient with a modern technical stack including Postman for API testing, Cloudflare for log analysis, and Linear for structured ticket triage.

Exceptional at technical writing and communication, capable of providing clear, actionable escalations for engineers and managing technical stakeholders at enterprise-scale companies.
