This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Product COOs, HR Business Partners, Reward Advisors, Finance, and Business Management & Control teams across the Corporate Bank globally.

Your key responsibilities

Coordinate year-end processes for the Corporate Bank, including promotions and compensation cycles.

Support divisional strategy for headcount management, planning, and reporting.

Conduct data analysis to generate insights, reports, and compelling presentations that support strategic decision-making.

Design and maintain data models and dashboards using MS Excel to support people, finance, and Workday systems.

Create high-impact, professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate key messages to senior leadership.

Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with global stakeholders across Finance, HR, Product COOs, and Business Management.

Manage divisional FTE modelling and MI requirements using the Pharos People Platform.

Translates business needs into actionable requirements for technical teams and contributes to the team’s transformation agenda.

Your skills and experience

Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in finance, business management, or strategy roles.

Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn divisional context.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data modelling and reporting.

Proven ability to work with large datasets and develop insightful analytics.

Excellent PowerPoint skills with a flair for storytelling and executive-level communication.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Highly organized with the ability to manage time-sensitive deliverables independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
