Skills and Competencies

Strong project management experience in client-facing delivery environments, preferably in SaaS, data, analytics, or technology solutions

Ability to manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple initiatives

Experience working with APIs, data platforms, or CRM and ERP systems

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders

Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to translate requirements into delivery plans and outcomes

Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Master’s or MBA preferred

Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum preferred

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects for data and AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with client outcomes and delivery commitments

Lead delivery of client implementation projects across data, analytics, and API-driven solutions to achieve business outcomes

Translate client requirements into delivery plans, workstreams, milestones, and success criteria

Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to ensure high-quality execution

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Support to ensure delivery alignment

Apply Agile and project management practices to maintain governance, transparency, and flexibility

Provide delivery tracking, reporting, and governance to ensure visibility and accountability

Act as escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns, ensuring timely resolution

Support pre-sales activities including scoping and delivery feasibility assessments

Capture client feedback and insights to improve delivery methodologies and solutions

Support adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices to improve efficiency and outcomes

About the Team

Our Solutions Delivery team is responsible for delivering client implementation projects for data and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business impact. You will collaborate across global teams and contribute to advancing AI-driven delivery capabilities within Moody’s.
