We’re Looking For

A commercially focused Senior Analyst to join our Development Finance FP&A team, partnering with stakeholders across our Living Communities business to deliver high quality insights, reporting and forecasts that support strategic and operational decision making in a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

What You’ll Do

Support planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles for Business Units by preparing accurate inputs, templates, reconciliations and preliminary analysis.

Prepare monthly, half year and annual performance reporting, including dashboards and management materials that clearly explain results and key drivers.

Work closely with IT and TCS teams to ensure data loads and reporting systems are accurate and reliable, assisting with issue resolution, testing and enhancements.

Contribute to capital partner reporting, feasibility consolidation, and the identification and tracking of risks and opportunities across developments and projects.

Assist with month end review activities, reconciliations and ad hoc analysis and modelling to support Finance leadership and cross functional teams.

About You

You are passionate about turning financial data into clear, actionable insights and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to solve business problems. You are looking for an opportunity to deepen your FP&A experience in a complex, growth focused environment where your work directly supports investment and development decisions.

Experience & Skills That Count

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, with CA or CPA accreditation or equivalent.

Experience in management reporting and financial accounting, ideally within a complex or project based environment.

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from large data sets.• Advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise reporting or planning tools.

Strong communication skills, able to prepare clear reports, presentations and commentary for senior stakeholders.
