Regional Product Manager
About the role
My client is a global leader in industrial automation. It operates across multiple regions, offering advanced solutions that enhance productivity, safety, and efficiency in various industries. They are looking to hire a Regional Product Manager for their Singapore office.
In this role, you'll lead the development and growth of a global product portfolio, shape long-term strategy, and drive innovation to meet evolving market needs. You’ll work cross-functionally with global teams to ensure product relevance, differentiation, and sustained business impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and execute product portfolio strategy aligned with market trends and business goals
Lead value creation initiatives and present business cases for new product investments
Monitor global product performance and competitive dynamics to drive market impact
Manage the full product lifecycle, from launch to enhancement and phase-out
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
Key Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including portfolio ownership in the industrial automation, electronics or semicon manufacturing space.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Experience in customer-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with industrial automation systems is a plus
