Title: Senior HR Generalist
Reports to: Senior Manager, Corporate HR
Location: Brookfield, WI. Hybrid schedule 3 days in the office
Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on HR support to Corporate Functions, partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee support, HR operations, reporting, and talent programs. Key Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day employee support.
Partner with managers on job descriptions, offers, organizational changes, and people-related processes.
Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting, audits, and workforce metrics that help inform business decisions.
Provide guidance and support across performance management, employee relations, HR programs, and policy interpretation.
Coordinate key HR initiatives and programs, including training, engagement activities, and special projects.
Lead our Early Talent Leadership Development and Internship Programs.
Help ensure a positive employee experience by delivering responsive, high-quality support with professionalism and discretion.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or broad HR support role.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance day-to-day work
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Data-driven and analytical mindset.
Strong working knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
