We're VC-backed, growing fast, and currently selling direct to Dutch dairy farmers, going international soon. Now we're looking for a Marketing Lead who can turn that magic into momentum.
Highlights Collie is revolutionizing dairy farming with technology that farmers love. As Marketing Lead, you'll own top-of-funnel marketing in the Netherlands, building the marketing engine from scratch and turning product magic into measurable momentum across the Dutch farming community.
What are you going to do? As Marketing Lead at Collie, you own all top-of-funnel marketing activities in the Netherlands. You'll execute campaigns, manage content across channels, coordinate farm demonstrations and agricultural events, and build the marketing systems that drive farmer awareness and conversion as the company scales.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across social media and email newsletters with differentiated messaging for farmers, industry professionals, and policymakers
Develop and manage email campaigns and automation flows that nurture relationships through valuable content
Own Collie's presence at agricultural fairs and industry events, building trust through direct farmer engagement
Coordinate farm demonstration days alongside the sales team, converting sceptics into believers
Develop outreach strategies including case studies, trade press partnerships, cooperative collaborations, and webinars
Track campaign performance, analyse results, and iterate based on data-driven insights
Build marketing operations and systems that scale as Collie grows and expands internationally

Profile You're execution-focused with strong organizational skills and follow-through discipline. You're self-directed, proactive, and comfortable building systems from scratch. You understand that farmers value practical, trustworthy, peer-to-peer communication over corporate messaging. You're genuinely curious about agriculture and willing to immerse yourself in Dutch dairy farming.
Job requirements:
Two to five years of hands-on marketing, growth, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience
Proven ability to build and optimize marketing funnels
Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or Monday.com
Demonstrated ability to coordinate content operations and manage multiple marketing channels
Strong analytical skills with ability to track performance and iterate based on data
Native or near-native Dutch language skills with professional English proficiency
Experience marketing to traditional or offline-first audiences, PR experience, or startup environment experience
