PURPOSE
The Senior Field Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a designated region, supporting club-level frontline, team lead, and leadership roles, while also recruiting for select corporate positions. This role partners closely with field and corporate leaders to deliver high-quality, timely hiring outcomes aligned with business needs.
In addition to direct recruiting responsibilities, the Senior Field Recruiter serves as a subject-matter expert and influence leader on the Talent Acquisition team. This role is accountable for consistently executing established recruiting processes while proactively identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or service challenges and partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership and Recruiting Operations to improve how the team operates. While this position does not have direct reports, it plays a key role in mentoring and supporting other recruiters and strengthening recruiting capability across the organization.
DELIVERABLES
Recruiting Ownership & Scope
Own full-cycle recruiting for an assigned region, including frontline, team lead, and leadership roles
Lead recruiting for select corporate positions in partnership with HR and business leaders
Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on candidate selection, hiring strategy, and market conditions
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Strategic Sourcing & Market Expertise
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
Maintain awareness of local labor markets, talent trends, and competitive conditions
Support career fairs, networking events, and outreach efforts as needed
Influence Leadership & Team Enablement
Serve as a subject-matter expert on recruiting processes, tools, and best practices
Support and mentor fellow recruiters through knowledge sharing, informal coaching, and best-practice modeling
Assist with onboarding and training of new recruiters in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership and Recruiting Operations
Act as a go-to resource for complex or sensitive hiring needs
Process Consistency & Continuous Improvement
Consistently execute recruiting processes, tools, and workflows as designed to ensure a uniform experience across regions
Identify gaps in recruiting support, candidate experience, or service delivery and propose practical solutions
Partner with Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisition leadership to test, refine, and adopt process improvements
Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and training needs based on hands-on recruiting experience
Timeliness & Performance Expectations
Manage recruiting workloads to support timely hiring outcomes across assigned roles and regions
Prioritize requisitions based on business needs, hiring urgency, and operational impact
Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers to sustain hiring momentum
Meet defined recruiting service expectations and performance standards as they are established
Compliance & Collaboration
Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and federal, state, and local employment guidelines
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System
Communicate recruiting progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Recruiting Operations to support adoption of tools, workflows, and process enhancements
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting field-based, multi-location, or high-volume environments
Experience recruiting for a mix of frontline, leadership, and corporate roles
Demonstrated experience influencing, mentoring, or supporting peers without direct authority
Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage competing priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced environment

WORKING CONDITIONS
Primary work in a fitness facility and office setting. Temperature variations can occur. The environment includes some ambient noise such as talking and use of gym equipment and machinery.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Talking: Especially where one must frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
Physical Strength: Sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move a minimum of 30 pounds.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions and relay instructions to clients.
Attendance is an essential duty of the position. Employees must work regularly scheduled shifts, during business hours to assist members and sell services in-person.

Compensation: $60,000-$90,000 annually Pay Transparency In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law"; in the impacted states; that have mandated the employers to list the salary ranges in Job advertisements or postings for job opportunities and Job promotions.
