Summary:
This position is responsible for performing full life cycle Recruiting including candidate sourcing, screening, ATS processing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding tasks for various Hospital and Healthcare professionals within a corporate setting. Utilizes various recruitment tools and traditional networking and cold-calling techniques to source high-caliber candidates for our not-for-profit hospital system. This position frequently interacts with high-level contacts and has exposure to sensitive information necessitating tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
Aggressively recruits well-qualified applicants from a variety of sources, including cold calling, sourcing on applicant tracking system, sourcing on LinkedIn, Social Media, and various Job Boards, and networking
Drives and manages the recruiting process for both hiring managers and applicants while maintaining direct relationships
Conducts in-depth telephone assessment of applicants through comprehensive interviewing and work history review to assess skills, experience, interest, and availability
Presents a positive impression of CHRISTUS Health by staying informed of company products, history, and benefits
Partner with hiring managers on scheduling and interview support
Ability to conduct effective needs analysis assessment for new requisitions to ensure understanding of the job needs and requirements
Negotiate offer package details with candidates
Effectively communicate recruiting efforts/strategy to leadership and stakeholders
Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy
Conduct regular rounding meetings with hiring managers
Meet or exceed Talent Acquisition Service Level Agreement timeframes
Ability to export, filter, navigate, and communicate data from recruitment reports in Power BI while proactively auditing for data integrity

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
0-2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting preferred
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Previous HR or recruiting support experience preferred
Strong communicator who will effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations to candidates and Hiring Managers
Ability to manage a full desk and requisition load
High degree of organization and ability to prioritize tasks
Impeccable customer relations skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
HR Certification a plus
