Job requirements

Analyst - Billing & Carrier Ops

Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge on H&B domain preferred • Sound knowledge of process documentation, development of SOP, knowledge artifacts • Carrier/Vendor file management & error resolution or Vendor/Carrier Edit resolution • Thorough knowledge of peer review / QC • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment • Good command on MS office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word) • Problem solving skills and attention to details • Ability to multi task, self-starter

Eligibility: • Minimum 2 years’ experience overall • Minimum 12 months experience as a Senior Analyst/ Process Developer • Should have at least “Meets Expectations” or equivalent rating in last appraisal • Should not be under any Performance Improvement Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months • Should not have applied for any other IJP within Aptia within the last 3 months • Flexible in shifts

We will count on you for: • Daily work management involves identifying the various work types • Peer review the transactions of the team members and report out the deviations and get the corrective actions • Written and Verbal communication with onshore business partners • Contacting onshore for any query resolution, cascading information etc • Process Management • Creation and sign off of SOPs as and when required • Providing timely updates to AM and onshore counterparts • Augment training agenda for update and future training
