Experience Required:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Pan Asian Fine Dining restaurant.

Total work experience of up to 8 years.

Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

Only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally.

Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the restaurant team.

Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards as per company guidelines.

Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments.

Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.

Manage reservations, staff scheduling, and manpower planning.

Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in Pan Asian Fine Dining restaurants is mandatory.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Must be currently based in Mumbai.
