Why do we have this role?
Reporting to the AP Manager, the AP Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Sinch GCC legal Entities.
The role will manage the Group’s accounts payable process & employee expense processes, and treasury management & operational cashflow across the Group.
What do you do in the role?
Accurately process OPEX and COGS invoices.
Auditing staff expense reimbursement.
Perform vendor modifications; ensure ERP data integrity.
Ensuring payments are setup and paid through the Group’s international banking platforms.
Answering and resolving supplier invoice queries.
Prepare and maintain AP accruals (standard templates), aging reports, and vendor reconciliations (routine).
Manage AR/AP netting and process customer refunds.
Manage responsibilities under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
Ensure SOP compliance.
What experience/qualities you need to bring with you
Minimum experience of 2-4 years in Accounts
Commerce graduate.
End to End Understanding of Accounts payable process and Upstream & Downstream processes related to AP Process (i.e. entire PTP)
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with strong communication and business email etiquette.
Ability to work in multiple ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills.
How success will be measured
Accurate and timely processing of OPEX and COGS invoices within defined SLAs.
On-time execution of payments through group banking platforms with zero errors or duplicates & minimising foreign currency exchange across the group.
Effective resolution of supplier queries with minimal escalations.
Full adherence to SOPs, controls, and audit requirements.
