Key Responsibilities
Inspection: Assist seniors with stage-wise (In-process) and final quality inspection of molded, composite, and trimmed plastic parts.
Defect Control: Learn to identify and report visual and structural defects (e.g., air pockets, surface cracks, uneven resin flow, or trimming mismatches).
Measurement: Use precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges) and custom checking fixtures to verify component dimensions against technical drawings.
Data Logging: Maintain accurate daily quality reports, rejection logs, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) documentation in MS Excel.
Problem Solving: Support the QA team in identifying root causes of internal line rejections using basic 7 QC tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, or Automobile Engineering (Freshers preferred).
Experience: 0 to 1 year of industrial experience.
Key Competencies:
Basic ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Familiarity with measuring instruments and general quality standards (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 awareness is an advantage).
Good technical documentation skills (MS Excel).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹1,209,135.50 per month
