Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with experience in MEP or HVAC projects. The role involves coordinating end-to-end project activities, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, documentation, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion, including supply, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication across departments.
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate status reports and documentation.
Follow up on project billing, payment collections, and invoice reconciliation.
Maintain contracts, project records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
Identify project risks and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination within the MEP, HVAC, or related industries.
Experience managing installation, testing, and commissioning activities is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
Required Skills
Understanding of MEP/HVAC systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems related to project installations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience using project management tools and software.
Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
