Senior Project Manager Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Project Manager in the overall planning, execution, and follow-up of curtain wall engineering projects.

Track the overall project progress, update project timelines and key milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinate communication and information exchange between multiple departments, including design, procurement, production, and construction.

Manage project documents and materials, including drawings, technical documents, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

Assist in liaising with general contractors, owners, consultants, and subcontractors for daily communication and coordination.

Follow up on material delivery, production progress, and on-site installation status to ensure smooth transitions between all stages.

Participate in project meetings, compile meeting minutes, and follow up on the closed-loop resolution of issues.

Assist in handling daily affairs at the project site and in the office.

Job Requirements

Associate degree or above, preferably in architectural engineering, civil engineering, engineering management, or a related field.

Familiarity with curtain wall systems (unitized, framed, glass curtain walls, etc.) is preferred.

Excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong team spirit.

Proficient in Microsoft... Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to read basic engineering drawings; AutoCAD basics preferred.

Basic English communication skills (email and daily work communication).

Detail-oriented, responsible, and adaptable to construction site environments.
