🎨 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer II (Contract) – Toronto, ON

🧭 Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

📅 Contract Details

Start Date: July 6, 2026

Duration: 14 months

Extension & Conversion: Possible based on performance and business needs

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $28/hour

Overtime / Travel: Not required

👥 About the Role

Due to increased workload, we are seeking a Graphic Designer II to join a collaborative in-house creative team. You’ll support a variety of internal initiatives and deliver high-quality visual assets for internal audiences.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create:

Sales tools

Pitch decks

Brochures

Event and marketing collateral

Develop creative concepts while working within established templates

Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives

Manage projects end-to-end:

Lead creative brief discussions

Coordinate with vendors for print production and delivery

Deliver work with strong focus on accuracy, accessibility, and consistency

🧠 What You Bring

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative environment

Expertise in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Figma

Strong PowerPoint skills + Microsoft Office proficiency

Working knowledge of HTML & CSS as it relates to design

Strong experience with data visualization and infographic design

Knowledge of accessibility design standards and best practices

Confident communicator with stakeholders

Detail-oriented with strong project ownership

Experience with website structure or app development

Experience in regulated industries such as financial services
