Marketing Head
About the role
The Head– Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential/commercial real estate projects, drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales conversions. The role requires a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behaviour, and integrated marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning
Develop and implement annual and project-specific marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Define positioning, branding, and communication strategies for projects.
2. Brand Management
Build and maintain a strong brand presence across all platforms.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication.
Manage corporate branding and project branding initiatives.
3. Campaign Management
Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital).
Oversee media planning, buying, and campaign performance tracking.
Manage product launches, events, exhibitions, and site activations.
4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing.
Optimize campaigns to generate high-quality leads and improve ROI.
Monitor and analyze digital metrics and conversion funnels.
5. Sales Support
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits.
Support channel partners and brokers with marketing tools and campaigns.
6. Agency & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital agencies, and other vendors.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and materials.
7. Budgeting & ROI
Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.
Track ROI on campaigns and optimize spends for maximum efficiency.
8. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
Set performance goals and ensure team productivity and creativity.
Key Requirements: Education: MBA in Marketing / PGDM (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
12–18 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5–7 years in the real estate industry
Proven experience in handling large-scale real estate project marketing.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and buyer behavior
Expertise in digital marketing and performance marketing tools
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Creativity and innovation in campaign execution
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Lead generation and conversion rates
Cost per lead (CPL) and ROI on marketing campaigns
Brand visibility and engagement metrics
Project launch success and sales support effectiveness
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
