We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST, TDS, Tally, PF, PT, reconciliations, and audit support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records in Tally.
Ensure timely compliance and filing of GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Monitor accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and process improvements.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, PT, Tally ERP, and accounting compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Ability to handle audits and statutory documentation independently.
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
5+ years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
