Family Law Paralegal
Location: Lancaster or Harrisburg, PA
A growing legal practice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to support a busy and collaborative team handling complex and sensitive family law matters. This role is key to ensuring efficient case management, high-quality client service, and strong attorney support.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, financial statements, and discovery materials
Manage case files and document organization using legal practice management systems
Track deadlines, court filings, and maintain case calendars
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and trial binders
Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Support discovery processes, including drafting and reviewing responses
Coordinate scheduling for hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetings
Maintain accurate and timely billable time entry (target: 1400 hours annually)
Qualifications
3–5+ years of paralegal experience, with Pennsylvania family law experience required
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania family court procedures, filings, and rules
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Work Environment
Primarily in-office role with potential hybrid flexibility
Standard hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed

$75,000-$90,000 DOE
