Job Description

Operations Manager (m/w/d)

As an Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group, you are the orchestrator of exceptional experiences. Your role goes beyond executing the masterplan; it's about balancing strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation, and achieving commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

You are an industry expert and a recognized leader with the ability to prioritize a complex and hands-on workload

You strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests

You enjoy the challenge of running our show. It’s what makes your heartbeat faster!

You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.

As right hand to the General Manager, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel

As an Operations Manager, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Qualifications

Your Profile & Skills

Proven experience in leading hotel-operations teams with strong problem-solving capabilities

Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style

Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude

An eye for detail

Is a creative problem-solver

Passionate about creating extraordinary service

Fluency in German and English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms

Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
