Duties
Assist in creating engaging content across various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster community engagement
Support the scheduling and publishing of posts using social media management tools
Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements
Help coordinate public relations activities to promote brand awareness
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns aligned with organisational goals
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies
Support the organisation of online events or promotions to increase audience participation
Requirements
Strong interest in social media management and digital communication
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail
Basic understanding of public relations principles and online reputation management
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content
Familiarity with popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) is desirable but not essential
Previous experience in social media or public relations roles is advantageous but not mandatory
Willingness to learn new skills through training sessions and mentorship programmes

Pay: £24,420.00-£49,836.13 per year
